What makes your programming service different and why should I use it?
| |
We pride ourselves in being a small company that happens to have exceptional website programming and design talent. Because of our combined staff talents, we’re able to move quickly on projects, remain flexible with each customer’s desires, and get the job done in a timely and professional manner. But most of all, our dedication to absolute customer service and ease of communication is what sets us apart from all our competitors.

How "technically savvy" do I have to be in order to use your service?
| |
Lucky for you that the word "technology" only resides within our own walls! Yep, you'll like our friendly staff, and quickly learn that if you want to discuss things "technologically" then you will find plenty of folks here who can do it as well as anyone. But, if you don't have a clue about all this stuff, don't worry. You'll find we don't speak “techno babble” to anyone unless they ask. Instead, we use good old, “down-to-earth-layman -speak” for making sure you completely understand all aspects of your project.

Is your website programming compatible in both PC and MAC platforms?
| |
This is a good question and one that we seem to be getting more often. The answer is that, for the most part, yes. In most cases our programming, if not too complex, will function correctly in both platforms. However the best answer is, to discuss this with your personal programmer, so he/she will better know your application. Would it be a strict MAC usage?... PC usage? ...or will you be networking both platforms within your organization? Your programmer can help guide you when communicating your project ...which leads to the next question.

Will my web programming remain operational if we change or upgrade our systems in the near future?
| |
As you can well imagine, we’d like to answer “absolutely.” But the truth is that things in this technological environment are continually evolving … and at a very rapid pace! So, in answer to this question, and being as honest as possible … it will depend on how far into the future your business changes will take place. If you can let your programmer know what “might happen” within some specific time frame, a better answer can be provided to you. And we can possibly make sure your new programming remains flexible enough so only minor changes will have to take place when the time comes for your transition.

How do you ensure client confidentiality?
| |
We are committed to the security and confidentiality of the information that you share with us. We have set up a reliable information security system with the sole aim of giving you a safe outsourcing experience with maximum benefits. To ensure confidentiality of information, we encourage our clients and programmers to sign in a confidential Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the very initial stages of project discussion. This NDA has legal binding and is an important document which ensures the total security of your information in our hands.
12.
Would the timescale be agreed upfront? What would happen if this was over/under estimated?
| |
Based on your initial requirements, we can give you a rough estimate or a "guesstimate" as some people call it. Once all the requirements are clear and mostly final, we develop a Project Plan with an estimated effort and schedule according to the specified requirements.
But we mostly prefer to work on time-and-material basis. Working with us is like hiring a fulltime employee.
13.

17.
How do I hire your employee(s) to work on my project?
| |
You may hire an individual employee or a dedicated team of programmers/software developers/designers or a combination of employees with different skill sets, to work exclusively on your project. If you are planning to hire an individual employee, we would recommend a "programmer". We call this a Full Time Dedicated Programmer (FTDP), wherein we have different people working for a collective total time of 176 hours a month.
In case of larger teams, we recommend dedicated "persons" in order to enable the team to build expertise on your project/product and business. This will help them to play a pro-active role while working on your projects.
18.
Will a Full Time Dedicated Programmer (FTDP) work on more than one client/project?
| |
No, your programmer will be dedicated to your organisation and will not work for any other client or project - not even on weekends. He is solely your full time dedicated/virtual employee. Once (s)he is dedicated to you/your company, then you are welcome to have him/her work on more than one project as those projects will belong to you.
19.
How many hours will a dedicated programmer work on my projects in a week?
| |
Minimum 40-48 hours a week. We do not work on alternate Saturdays and all Sundays. So the week in which we work even on a Saturday, it would come to 6 working days thus making it 48 hours in that week.
20.
How can I monitor the status of my projects?
| |
All our developers maintain a detailed daily timesheet which is emailed to you at the end of the day. Also all our clients are given a secure login access from where they can monitor each and every activity of the project and even view the timesheets online.
21.
What happens if I am unhappy with the progress/ability of the programmer(s)?
| |
We will be directly responsible for the programmer/team that is working for you. If you are dissatisfied with the output of the programmer(s), we can either modify the process or provide you with a suitable replacement.
22.
What if I am still dissatisfied with the programmer(s)/service, how are my interests protected? (e.g. cancellation of agreement, money/time back poilicies etc...)
| |
We try to prevent the occurence of any such situation by providing you clear problem escalation routes. You may also bring any issue to the notice of the management team and an appropriate solution will be provided.
