The minimum experience required to apply is 1 year. In exceptional cases we may consider 9 months.

What is your interview/selection process like?

There are 5 steps that you would have to clear before you are offered a position in our organization. Once your resume is shortlisted, our HR Executive will give you the details of all the 5 steps involved. But basically in these steps, we test your technical skills, speed of coding and efficiency in the platform that you have applied for.

We are currently located in Missoula, MT, USA and Pune, MH, INDIA. Please see the 'Our Locations' page for our office addresses. The main development center is in Pune.

If selected, is there a probation period?

Yes once you join iProgrammer, you will be on a probation period of 6 months and after successful completion of your probation period you will be confirmed.

When can I expect an appraisal?

If selected, your first increment would be at the end of your probation period and after that every 6 months depending on your performance.
